    Can I exchange my 3-day ticket for a 5 day ticket?


    Those eligible to exchange their 3-day ticket for a 5-day ticket will have received a promo code via email from Festicket. If you have received a code, follow the instructions in the email in order to exchange your ticket(s). Please note once you exchange to a 5-day ticket your original order will be cancelled, therefore it is very important that you purchase the same quantity of 5-day tickets as on your original order.


    Why didn’t I receive a bespoke promo code?


    Reasons you may have not received a promo code include:


    - You are not the lead booker of your order (someone else bought your ticket)

    - The email has gone into your spam/junk folder

    - The face value price you paid for your 3-day ticket means you can purchase the additional 2 days for cheaper than the current 5-day ticket price

    - You already have a 5-day ticket

    - You don’t have a valid order

    - You’re on an open payment plan. Exchanges are only possible for completed orders


    Can my friend use my promo code?


    Promo codes are unique to the original purchaser, therefore can only be used once by the person it was sent to.


    Why is my friends discount amount different to mine?


    Your bespoke promo code may differ to others, based upon the original ticket price you paid

    Q. What are the festival dates?
    A. The festival will run from the 6th-8th July 2021. Due to popular demand a second date has been added: 9th-10th July 2021


    Q. Where is the festival?
    A. The festival will take place on Praia da Rocha beach in Portimão, The Algarve, Portugal. Praia da Rocha is one of the most popular beaches in The Algarve and is about an hour’s drive away from Faro International Airport.


    Q. What are the festival times?
    A. There are festival events running from each afternoon until the early hours of the next day. Full details of the programme and times will be released in advance of the festival. Keep up to date by signing up to the mailing list or following us on Instagram

    Q. What age do I have to be?
    A. Rolling Loud Portugal is an 18+ only event and you will need ID to prove your age to guarantee entry. To purchase alcoholic beverages at the festival you must be over 18.


    Q. Will Accreditation be open every day of the festival?
    A. Yes. Full opening times will be released nearer to the festival.


    Q. What happens if I lose my wristband?
    A. Wristbands will only be issued once. Broken or lost wristbands cannot be replaced so please look after them.

    Q. Can you camp at Rolling Loud Festival?
    A. Rolling Loud is a non-camping festival.


    Q. What time is check-in and check-out?
    A. Check-in and check-out times for hotels, villas and apartments vary. Please contact your accommodation directly.


    Q. Which airport should I fly into?
    A. Faro International Airport is the closest airport to the festival.

    Q. How hot is it in Portimao?
    A. The average temperature in July is 25 degrees in Portimao, with 10 hours of sunshine.


    Q. Where are the best areas to stay?

    Q. Where is the festival site?
    A. The festival site is located on Portimao’s main beach,Praia da Rocha.


    Q. Are there cash machines on site?
    A. There are cash machines across Portimao where you can withdraw Euros.


    Q. What currency do I need to bring?
    A. The official currency used is the Euro, which can be bought easily at the bank, the post office or at the airport.

    Q: Can i purchase a ticket for the full 5 days?
    A: Yes, we have ticket options for the full 5 day experience. And also individually for the 3 day show (now sold out) and the 2 day show. See our tickets page for full details.

    Q. I’ve kept my 2020 ticket, how do I get my 2021 ticket?

    A. All tickets purchased for this year’s event will be automatically rolled over and valid for 2021, e-tickets will be sent out in the coming weeks before the event. If your 2020 ticket has not been sold on our official resale platform through Festicket, no action is required in order to move your ticket over to 2021.


    Q. What’s included in my festival ticket?
    A. General admission tickets include three-day access to the main festival area. VIP tickets include access to the main area, a dedicated VIP area and private bar.

    Q. Can I sell my ticket?
    A. Unfortunately all tickets are non-transferable and we are unable to offer any refunds for tickets no longer needed.

    Q. What do I need to bring to guarantee entry?
    A. Please bring your ticket, the card you purchased the ticket with and valid photo ID.


    Q. What constitutes valid Photo I.D.?
    A. Photographic form of identifications, i.e. a passport or driving licence, are acceptable.


    Q. What if I want to gift my ticket to a friend?

    If the name on your ticket does not match your ID, you will need to bring the following in order to exchange for your festival wristband:

    1 – A signed cover letter from the card holder

    2 – A clear scan showing the last 4 digits of the long card number on the card used

    3 – A clear scan of passport or driving license of the card holder


    Q. What needs to be on a cover letter from the card holder?
    A. A written letter giving you consent from the card holder that matches the billing address of your booking. This needs to be signed and dated by the card holder.


    Q. Can I cancel my ticket?
    A. Unfortunately all tickets are non-refundable, we are unable to offer any refunds for tickets no longer needed.

    Q. How will I receive my tickets?

    A. E-tickets will be sent out via email 1-2weeks before the event, there is no option available for posted tickets. All ticket holders will receive a booking confirmation email upon purchase of their ticket.
